Shipping Costs

Shipping cost based on Flat rate, Free shipping over €60.00

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For customers choosing the Cash on Delivery option, an additional fee of €5.00 applies.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 14 working days after receiving the goods, without penalty and without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To cancel, please notify our customer service team in writing (by email or through the contact form).

The only cost borne by the customer is the return shipping fee.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and undamaged.

• It must be returned in its original packaging.

• All accessories, documentation, and promotional materials must be included.

Returns must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to PremiumSkin’s EU headquarters.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions.
If any of these requirements are not met, the refund may be partially reduced or declined.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

• Opened skincare or cosmetic products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
